Refunds

This policy applies to tuition invoiced by Dataauditbase for teaching programmes. The website does not take payment. Refunds, when due, are issued against an invoice that has already been paid.

Eligibility and timeframe

You may cancel a confirmed desk for a full refund if we receive written notice at least 14 full days before the first scheduled session. Notice sent on the 14th day before the start still qualifies if it arrives before 17:00 Bangkok time that day.

Cancellations received fewer than 14 days before the first session, but before the first session begins, are eligible for a 50% refund of tuition paid. Once the first session has started, tuition is no longer refundable except as described under exceptions.

Partial refunds

If Dataauditbase cancels a programme for studio reasons (instructor illness without a substitute, or a venue or connectivity failure we cannot reasonably repair), you may choose a full refund or a transfer to a later intake at no extra tuition. If only some sessions fail and you prefer to continue, we will refund a pro-rata share of the missed facilitated hours.

If a named attendee cannot continue after week one of Permission Funnel Diagnostics, another person from the same organisation may take the remaining seat. That substitution is not a refund.

Non-refundable items

Travel you book to Bangkok, hotels, third-party software licences, and your internal engineering time are never refunded by Dataauditbase. Optional on-site half days quoted separately for a Channel Residency follow the same 14-day / 50% schedule as tuition unless the quote says otherwise.

Bank transfer fees charged by your bank or intermediary are not added back onto a refund.

Refund process and timing

Write to info@dataauditbase.digital with the invoice number, programme name, and preferred outcome (refund or transfer). We confirm eligibility within five working days. Approved refunds are paid within 15 working days after that confirmation, by the same method originally used (typically Thai bank transfer). We do not refund in cash at the studio.

Refund method

If you paid from a company account, we return funds to that account. We cannot split a refund across personal cards. Currency will match the invoice (usually THB).

Cancellation by the student during a running desk

Walking away after session one does not create a partial refund. Materials already shared (ledger worksheets, memo templates) remain licensed for internal use under the terms. We will still delete student event extracts on the ordinary retention schedule.

Exceptions

If we cannot deliver a material part of the advertised syllabus and no reasonable substitute instructor is available, you may claim a full refund even after the desk has started. If Thai consumer law grants you a stronger right in a particular case, that right prevails. Illness of a student does not automatically create a refund; we will try to move the individual to a later intake if a seat exists.

Chargebacks initiated without first writing to us may delay any goodwill transfer we would otherwise offer.
